Eligibility

Products, Sizing and Fit
We make every effort to display our Products, including colors, fabrics and fit, as accurately as possible. However, screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear, and we cannot guarantee that your display will show them exactly.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in pkr and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable shipping, duties, import fees or taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including any applicable taxes and fees.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may use third-party payment processors, and your payment information is handled according to their terms and security standards.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error, cancel the affected order, and refund any amount paid.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We accept an order when we ship your Products. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier or to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders delayed, lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by their country.
Fitness and Health Disclaimer
Majesta Products are designed for athletic and everyday wear. They are not medical devices, and we make no medical claims about them. Any references to support, recovery or performance describe the intended design and feel of the garment and are not a guarantee of any particular result.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for determining whether physical activity and compression garments are appropriate for you. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using compression wear if you have a circulatory, skin, or other medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about your health. Stop use immediately if you experience pain, numbness, tingling, skin irritation or restricted circulation, and seek medical advice. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Products and your physical activities.
Product Care
Follow the care instructions on each garment's label. Failure to do so, including using bleach, fabric softener, high heat or abrasive washing, may damage performance fabrics and compression properties, and may void eligibility for refunds or exchanges based on wear and tear. Normal wear, fading and stretching over time are not considered defects.
Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order where a code has been misused or obtained improperly. Where gift cards are offered, additional terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Majesta name, logo, designs, graphics, photographs, product images, text, videos, software and the overall look and feel, is owned by or licensed to Majesta and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell or create derivative works from any of this content without our prior written permission.
You may view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- purchase Products for resale without our written authorization;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access, collect data from, or place orders on the Site, including to bypass purchase limits;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- upload or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene or infringing; or
- abuse our return policy, promotions or customer support.
